Terms of Service (TOS) – UI/UX Design Services

I provide UI/UX design services such as:

User interfaces (web, app, game UIs, and related visuals). Development, coding, or scripting is **not included** unless separately agreed in writing.

All payments must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed.

Work begins only after confirmation of payment**.

Payments are **non-refundable* once work has started. *

Refunds, discounts, or compensation are granted solely at my discretio

If I delay i will Compensate for It through discount or free UI *

A partial refund, or

A discount on the next order,

or An extra small design free of charge. *

The type and amount of compensation will be decided by me based on the situation

* Each project includes unlimited revisions.

* Revision time is added on top of the original delivery estimate.

* Clients must provide **clear instructions, references, and required materials** before work begins.

* Delays in feedback or approvals may **extend delivery time**.

* Final design rights transfer to the client **only after full payment** is received.

* Until full payment is made, **all work remains my property**.

* I may showcase completed works in my **portfolio or social media** unless confidentiality is requested in advance.

If the client cancels after work has started, **no refund** will be issued.

If I am unable to complete the project, I will provide a **fair refund** proportional to the undelivered work.

I am not responsible for:

Any private information shared by the client will remain confidential and will never be disclosed to third parties.

By hiring me or purchasing my services, the client **agrees to these Terms of Service**.
